LarsaSub is a commercial software package (a Laravel composer package) for subscription and payment management, delivered digitally through a private composer repository. The free Nova and Filament admin companion packages are provided under the same license terms to license holders.
Verifying the tier. Which tier your use requires depends on facts we cannot observe from here: how many production applications run LarsaSub, and whose Mollie account payments settle to. The package asks you to record your tier in its own configuration, and refuses to enable Mollie Connect on any tier other than Platform. That is a declaration, not a verification: nothing is checked against us, nothing is signed, and the package still never contacts us — we cannot see what you set, and we do not inspect, scan or monitor your applications either. The tier therefore rests on what you tell us, there and in the two paragraphs below.
On written request, sent to the e-mail address on your license, you provide within 30 days a written statement of (a) the production applications in which you use LarsaSub and (b) whether payments in any of them settle to a Mollie account that is not yours. We will not ask for access to your systems, your source code or your customers' data, and we will not request such a statement more than once per twelve months unless we have concrete reason to believe the tier is incorrect.
If the statement shows that a higher tier is required, you may upgrade within 30 days by paying the difference between the tiers, and the license continues under that tier; we do not bill retroactively for the period before the request. Failing to respond within 30 days, or providing a statement you know to be incorrect, is abuse within the meaning of section 7.
Repository access is authenticated with license tokens you manage in the customer portal. You are responsible for keeping tokens confidential; tokens can be revoked and re-issued in the portal at any time.
Payments are processed by Mollie. Delivery is immediate and digital: repository access is activated automatically upon successful payment, and your invoice is available in the customer portal.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee as described in the refund policy, which also covers the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers.
We may deactivate a license, including access to already obtained versions, in case of abuse, such as chargebacks on paid invoices, token sharing outside the licensed organization, redistribution of the package, or declaring a tier you do not hold in order to use features it does not cover. Where reasonable, we will contact you before deactivating.
During your update period you receive bug fixes, improvements and compatibility updates as they are released. We provide reasonable-effort e-mail support via info@larsasub.eu. No future features are guaranteed.
Response times: for Single and Unlimited licenses no specific response time or service level is guaranteed. A Platform license includes a first response within one business day, for support requests sent from the e-mail address on the license while the update period is open. That is a commitment to reply, not to resolve within that time.
LarsaSub is proprietary software, which means you depend on us continuing to maintain it. This clause bounds that risk.
Your license, and the versions you obtained under it, convert to the MIT license — permitting you to fork, modify and redistribute that code — if any of the following occurs:
A dated maintenance statement published on larsasub.eu rebuts the third and fourth grounds. Note what is deliberately not a trigger: a quiet period. A year without releases, in which no security report went unanswered and no Laravel release broke compatibility, means there was nothing that needed fixing.
The conversion covers the versions you already hold. It does not entitle you to releases published after your update period ended, and it does not apply to a license deactivated under section 7.
The package is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or related to the product is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect damage, including lost profits or data loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence.
We process personal data as described in the privacy policy.
We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Material changes will be announced on this page.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
